Saving ER diagram on SQL server

I have ER diagram ready on SQL sever. I need to save it on my pc to decorate it and give it to my boss so that he can make a step to have its bigger print and send it across to business user. Could anyone tell me on how to save ER diagrams on pc.Just use Print Screen and combine all pieces in something like Paint.
There is no way to save it to a file. Diagram is automatically generated and there is no way to disconnect it from data structure which is a base core for a diagram.|||Thanks sir.
