Saving files in Windows ascii text in SQL 2005 management studio

I need to save my files from SQL Server 2005 Management Studio in windows
ascii text and not unicode. How i can do this?

In the Save As dialog, select the arrow on the right side of the Save button
and the Save with Encoding.
