Save SQL 2000 DB Maintenance Plans

I have some DB maintenance plans on a SQL 2000 server. This server will be
replaced. How can I save the DB maintenance plans and then recreate to the
new server ?

SQL Server stores the MP in MSDB database (sysdbmaintplans is one of many)
